Strategic Partnership Launched to Deliver Construction Quantity Surveyor (QS) Services for Chinese Companies in Malaysia

We are pleased to announce our strategic collaboration with our China-based partner to provide comprehensive Construction Quantity Surveyor (QS) and construction cost consultancy services to Chinese companies investing and operating in Malaysia.

As trade and investment activities between China and Malaysia continue to grow, an increasing number of Chinese enterprises are establishing manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs, commercial developments, data centers, and infrastructure projects across Malaysia. While these companies possess strong technical and operational expertise, they often face challenges in navigating local construction practices, procurement procedures, regulatory requirements, contract administration, cost control mechanisms, and project delivery standards.

Through this partnership, we aim to bridge these gaps by providing Chinese investors with professional Construction Quantity Surveyor (QS) services that combine local market knowledge with a deep understanding of Chinese business culture and expectations. Our services include feasibility cost studies, budget planning, tender management, contract administration, project cost control, value engineering, claims management, and post-contract quantity surveying services.
