ShineWing Malaysia visited ShineWing Shenzhen Office to Explore China–Malaysia Investment Opportunities
ShineWing TY TEOH recently continued its China–Malaysia engagement with a visit to its SW Shenzhen office, where Teoh Toh Yeap, Group Managing Partner met with the local team and Mr. Tang, Managing Partner to discuss potential opportunities in water supply, infrastructure, investment, and cross-border business development.
During the meeting, Teoh Toh Yeap exchanged views with the Shenzhen team on the growing business and investment connections between Shenzhen and Johor. Discussions explored potential opportunities arising from the development of infrastructure, water-related projects, and investment initiatives, as businesses from both regions increasingly look towards cross-border cooperation.
The growing connection between Shenzhen and Johor also presents opportunities for greater investment cooperation. In 2024, Shenzhen Shenyue Investment, Iskandar Waterfront Holdings and PLS Plantations signed an MoU to explore the development of a Johor–Shenzhen Industrial Park and Innovation Hub, highlighting the potential for closer economic ties between the two regions.
